Juicy and succulent - Lamb is a traditional favourite yet is a versatile meat that can be used in contemporary dishes such as burgers and kebabs.

With traceability and welfare concerns becoming ever-more important to our customers we can guarantee that all our Lamb is sourced from the Yorkshire region.

Through ThreeDales we are able to offer prime cuts and joints from animals raised in the rich meadows of Wharfedale, Airedale and Nidderdale.
